| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I received a phone call from a city volunteer, (the operator is out of town) regarding the positive coliform from 38253 Cottage St. We went over the CBSP and I explained the sited that repeat samples would need to be drawn from and how they should be marked on the lab slip. I also informed him that a sample would need to be drawn from each wellhead and marked triggered on the lab slip. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up when repeat results have been received. | ||
