| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform violation DETAILS: Facility was closed as of April 2011. New owners re opened facility in July. I asked them to sample prior to re opening. They didnt understand that they needed to send the results to the state. I called them on 7/28/11 and asked them to do so. The system samples on 7/13/11 and reported on 8/4/11 ACTION NEEDED: Violation resolved. | ||
