Details: SUMMARY: Nitrates DETAILS: System did not pull nitrate samples for 2006, 2007 ACTION NEEDED: System pulled 2008, 2009 and 2010 sample. Wrong source was documented. Worked with Chuck Michael on getting the proper source documented, well #10. Returned to compliance.
