| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to coliform & Ecoli alert DETAILS: Spoke with Chuck & Andy. One confirmation sample required from the source. A boil water public notice required to be posted until coliform & Ecoli issue resolved. Chuck said the Ecoli positive sample was taken from the irrigation spigot and Delta Labs did not check with person on duty to confirm where to take repeat samples. Due to positive coliform in all samples a confirmation sample required from source. Discussed importance to update coliform sampling plan and clearly mark which spigots are approved for water tests and which spigots are designated for irrigation only. ACTION NEEDED: One confirmation routine samples from source. Post boil water notice. Send copy to Lane County | ||
