Details:	SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan DETAILS: Reviewed Emergency Response Plan (ERP), Operation and Maintenance Manual (O&M) and other significant deficiencies from the Water System Survey conducted earlier this year. Most violations have been corrected. The ERP and O&M were concise and complete. Operators have been certified, monitoring is current, coliform sampling is updated, cross connection devices have been tested ad found to be not in compliance (it is being replaced), a screen has been added to the vent and the raw water tap has been sited but is not yet functional. ACTION NEEDED: 1.The HOA will call when raw water sample tap and new check valve have been installed.2.The HOA will send in the verification for the ERP & Vulnerability Assessment.3.The HOA will provide protocols for other operations.
