| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to Ecoli alert DETAILS: spoke with Randy. Ecoli positive in the SRC-AC well #3 confirmed in all 5 repeat samples. Randy said he disconnected from well #3 and connected to well #4 however, this well has no sample results and no plan review approval. Boil water notice required either way. Must submit to all tenants today and a copy to Lane County. Randy said he did not want to deal with plan review and would reconnect to well #3. A well evaluation report was sent to Shawn Stevenson 7/21/11. Correction action letter required. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for well evaluation report for well #3. Corrective action required. Letter to be mailed to owner/operator. | ||
