| Details: | SUMMARY: response to Ecoli alert at source DETAILS: spoke with Randy 7/15/11. Ecoli positive in the source assessment sample. 5 repeat samples required from source for confirmation and one sample in the distribution due to no level of disinfections in the distribution for the last six months of routine samples. Discussed chlorine residuals and the required sampling in the distribution at least 2x week. Recommended contacting HBH Engineering for assistance. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 repeat samples from the source and one sample from the distribution. Waiting for results. | ||
