| Details: | SUMMARY: Status - Plan Review Projects DETAILS: I called Guy to discuss the status of four projects that have open plan reviews: PR #254-2006 (Wing Ridge Waterlines - never built, abandon plan review)-- PR #163-2007 (Booster station and waterline aka Viking Estate Subdivision - never built, abandon plan review)-- PR #114-2007 and PR #178-2007 (two projects at Ocean Ridge Estates - waterlines and 0.168 MG storage tank - both have been built but have remained inactive pending approval from Water District - Guy will advise when/if the developer ever wants to proceed with use of these facilities - at which point, plan review will need to be finalized). ACTION NEEDED: Send message to Marsha to abandon PR #254-2006 and PR #163-2007. | ||
