| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic sample alert DETAILS: contacted Ms. Glanz to discuss arsenic results. I noticed they were not due an arsenic sample until 2012. She said they turned the sample in as a special to see how thy were doing on there mixture of wells 5 and 6. BoxR marked it special, but Neilson Research lab marked it routine and it was reported to state. Told her I would try to get it changed to special since it was an internal monitoring sample. I contacted Ms. Byrd at the state and advised her of the situation. ACTION NEEDED: followup | ||
