| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine and repeat positive coliform alert DETAILS: Routine on 7/5/ positive and one of 4 repeats on 7/7positive but well absent. Spoke with Heather and system chlorinated and flushed system on 7/13. A contractor cleaned reservoirs Friday the 1st but did not tell anyone and Heather thinks this may have been cause of positive sample. Discussed public notice and Heather will forward me a copy ACTION NEEDED: Send public notice within 30 days and take 5 temporary routines in August. | ||
