| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up for non reporting DETAILS: No results for 1st and 2nd quarter 2011. Called owner Jerry and she said she had personally taken them and dropped off at the lab. I called the lab and 2nd quarter had been taken and they will re-submit but there was no 1st quarter sample. Discuss with Jerry and will schedule sanitary survey for August. ACTION NEEDED: Re-submit missing sample result and continue on time routine and annual nitrate. | ||
