Details: SUMMARY: Follow up for no 2nd quarter routine coliform DETAILS: No routine sample submitted. Called Keith 7/28 and discussed. A sample had been taken on 4/8/11 but not showing on state website. Keith called Umpqua lab and they will resubmit. Keith will take 3rd quarter routine next week. ACTION NEEDED: Continue on time quarterly sampling and an annual nitrate.
