| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up for positive coliform and Ecoli DETAILS: Met on site 8/1 and 8/3 to provide technical support in how to properly shock chlorinate the system. I walked the system operator through all the steps of shocking the system, including the initial shocking and re mixing at the well head. System operator called me 8/2 to inform me he had run the chlorine through all the distribution lines in both buildings, and would now let it sit overnight. 8/3 he called me again to let me know he ah flushed all the chlorine out. I stopped by 8/3 to verify this. The water will be re tested the week of 8/9 to see if chlorination procedure worked. ACTION NEEDED: Continued follow up is required. | ||
