Details:	SUMMARY: Lead & Copper Rule Technical Assistance DETAILS: System has exceeded 90th %ile lead action level in 6/10 & 1/11 samples. DWP requested HBH for assistance. June 2010 level was 0.327 mgl and January 2011 was 0.112 mgl. System uses a blended phosphate for corrosion control treatment that was installed in mid 1990s. AquaMag was used for many years and switched out to Carus 8100 in 8/10 after 6/10 violations. I met with Corvallis SD and Scott Kruger to present the report and it was reviewed and commented on by Amy Parmenter with DWP before the presentation. The SD has already conducted some of the recommendations in the report and working on others. The SD and Scott will coordinate efforts on a sampling schedule after consultation with DWP on timing. I emailed the SC and Scott copies of the technical report. ACTION NEEDED: As required by SD or Scott Kurger.
