Details: SUMMARY: No routine samples after an Ecoli DETAILS: System did not take 5 routine samples in May 2011 as a result of the Ecoli in April 2011. I visited the system again today and reminded them that the samples are due as well as a third quarter quarterly sample. The system indicated they would get it done in the next day or two. I also reviewed their chlorine residual monitoring sheet which is to be filled out 2x weekly. For May and June the sheet was filled out and the system was meeting chlorine residuals. The sheet had not been filled out for July 2011. I again reminded them it needs to be done 2 times week throughout the year. I tested the residual today at 1.6ppm. Maintaining residual is not longer ad issue keeping up to date on samples and recording residual continue to be issues for this system. ACTION NEEDED: none
