| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead & Copper Rule Technical Assistance DETAILS: I met with Corvallis SD and Scott Kruger with on /4/11 to discuss a compliance strategy and options for compliance with the LCR. The most recent round of “special” samples collected on 3/11/11, indicate all five (5) sites were less than the 0.015 mgl action level for lead. The results indicate a marked improvement over previous sample results. The proposed strategy is to bypass or disconnect the RO treatment unit. Inventory and identify all faucets connected to the “non RO” plumbing system and collect lead and copper samples at those sites. Grab samples will be collected at all existing sample sites that have experienced elevated lead/copper results. ACTION NEEDED: Complete the compliance strategy report approved by Scott Kruger and present to the School District. | ||
