| Details: | SUMMARY: Review of ongoing situation DETAILS: Called system in response to an email from eh state 7/11/11 (see attached email). I informed the system that the tier 2 notice will need to remain posted, and they were behind on their monthly coliform sample. A June sample was missed and a July sample would need to be taken soon. The system informed this office during the phone call that the tier 2 notice would remain posted and that a sample would be taken that same day. The system also informed this office that the turbidity situation appeared to be under control. Additional monitoring of this system is necessary. ACTION NEEDED: Keep public notice posted take sample, continue to monitor turbidity levels on a daily basis. | ||
