| Details: | SUMMARY: Update on Corrective Actions DETAILS: Amy called to discuss this facility. She reported that have had the chlorine residual raised to approx 1.7 ppm since 8/26/11. Based on my estimate of disinfection contact time, I told Amy she could notify them that they could lower the chlorine residual to 0.6 ppm. Amy will also followup with them regarding documentation that the underground spring capture culvert has a watertight seal above the top of the culvert as directed in letter dated 9/30/09. Springfield office is sending notification requiring MPA soon to determine nature of source water and source E coli contamination. Ownership of facility has changed - Amy will get new owners contact info and forward to DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Talk to Russ about MPN and whether facility should be required to demonstrate 4 log viral inactivation before MPN results are obtained. | ||
