| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate exceeded 50% of MCL DETAILS: This was the 4th quarter test in the year long quarterly requirements for testing. After this test the system will go back to testing one time a year in February. I spoke with the operator again today and reviewed the situation with him and he understands the compliance requirements with regards to nitrate. ACTION NEEDED: Continue with nitrate testing in Feb each year (annual basis) | ||
