| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate test above half the MCL DETAILS: System informed in August 2010 it needed to switch to quarterly nitrate testing beginning with the 4th quarter 2010. I completed a sanitary survey of the system on 3/8/11 and reiterated they needed to be testing for nitrate on a quarterly basis. 3/9/11 I called and spoke with the lab and asked them to take quarterly samples. This sample will count as the 2nd quarter sample with two more samples due. After the initial testing of 4 samples and one year the situation will be reevaluated and action taken at that time. For now system needs to continue with quarterly monitoring and not other action needs to be taken at this time ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
