| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke with system 6/16/11 regarding positive result. Operator was aware of the situation and the lab would be out later in the morning to take the 4 repeat samples. Spoke with the lab as well and reminded them to take 3 repeat sample in the distribution and one sample labeled triggered sample, from the well head. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat sample and further action based on the results of the 4 repeat samples. | ||
