| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Visited with Kurt, operations manager, and Anne Root, owner of the firm about failed coli form sample. Mr. Brkich stated the sample taken at the butlers faucet was the first time the faucet had been used in years. He was made aware that 5 additional samples would be needed. Additionally, he was made aware that a nitrate sample was needed to be in compliance. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
