| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert discussion DETAILS: Operator is planning to conduct 4 repeat samples to have results available within the month. Additionally, 5 routine samples are planned to occur in June. We discussed the critical timing of the samples so the results can be received within the required months. We also discussed the importance of identifying the samples properly as either a repeat or routine when submitting the paperwork to the lab. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeats ASAP. If all negative, follow with 5 routine samples in June. If repeat samples are positive a public notice must be posted and further actions may be necessary. | ||
