| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Operator contacted Jeff on 7/25/11 and stated firm had disconnected ice machine from well water on 7/22/11. Ice machine is now using bottled water as source water. All water now being conveyed to the public in ice, post mix soda and coffee is using bottled water as source. ACTION NEEDED: Inactivate system | ||
