| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform for October 2010 DETAILS: System has positive coliform 9/2/10. On 9/8/10 the lab took four repeat samples, 3 samples were from within the distribution and one sample from the well head. On 11/3/10 the lab took an additional 5 routine samples from the system, 2 of which came back positive for coliform. The 5 routine samples taken and submitted around 11/3/10 satisfy the requirements of this violation There is on going continued follow up required for this system. I met in person with system again on 11/18/10 for about 1 hour to review their current situation. The facility is undergoing a change of management again, 3rd in the last 3 months. I will meet with the system again on 11/22 to train the new manager in shock chlorination the well, and hopefully after this is done a 2nd time this will eliminate the coliform issue and can get the system back on a regular sampling schedule.
