Details: SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform 8/1/11 DETAILS: Called Kathleen & left a message for her to be sure to take 4 samples at the hand pump. Be sure to label one of the samples as a triggered source sample and label the other 3 samples as repeats. I also let her know to be sure to take 5 temporary routine samples for September. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor results and follow up as necessary
