| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 7/21/11 DETAILS: Contacted Audrey to let her know the sample was positive for total coliform and she had already been contacted by the lab and repeat samples had already been taken. I let her know that both wells needed a source sample as well as 3 repeats in the distribution system. I let her know the system will need 5 temporary routine samples for the month of August. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond if necessary. | ||
