| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic sample at .017 for sample date 7/14/11 DETAILS: System is an MCL for arsenic and is in a bilateral compliance agreement with the state. The system will need to issue an updated public notice when school starts back up this fall. System is working with the circuit rider as well as a private company to install arsenic removal treatment. I was contacted by Wayne via email 7/20/11 about permitting requirements for the structure that will house the treatment equipment. I contacted the senior planner for Clackamas County regarding the issue. They are moving ahead with the installation of treatment. They are hoping to have the system operational before the start of the school year. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain updated public notice at the time of the start of school. Follow up with the installation of the treatment equipment. | ||
