| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed violation notice DETAILS: Discussed violation regarding public notice submission and future triggered samples on sources. I explained completion of water sample lab slip to include triggered source box as 1 of four repeats required. She will send a copy of the notice posted to users to Portland. The system was shutdown for an extended period then retested prior to opening. It now has a new storage tank. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
