| Details: | SUMMARY: Tier 2 notice for turbidity DETAILS: Attached is a copy of the notice for turbidity violations. During the month of May 2011, more that 5% of the turbidity readings were above the allowed .3 NTU, hence the system is required to issue a tier 2 notice. Please keep a copy of this for the state records, thank you ACTION NEEDED: System needs to distribute the notice and keep posted until it meets turbidity requirements where no more than 5% of samples are above .3 NTU. | ||
