| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Phone consultation 7/13/11 with Lori regarding the positive Ecoli sample on 7/10/11. Lori stated she took a well head sample also and that came back negative for Ecoli. This morning she had all the filters changed in the system and she is in the process of taking 4 repeat samples and one triggered sample at the well head. We discussed that it would be a good idea to provide bottled water to employees at this time just to be on the safe side, she agreed. Firm uses water for drinking fountains, hand washing and washing/sanitizing of equipment. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat sample need to be taken ASAP in additional to one triggered sample at the wellhead since the firm is on treatment | ||
