| Details: | SUMMARY: DMCE questioned receiving a coliform result from an inactive system DETAILS: Got a notice from DMCE that a coliform result had been submitted from this system that is listed as inactive. Mary Woodworth returned my call. She is now the contact person for both this inactive system (#05723, the Library) and the adjacent Adel Schoolhouse (#93936). Shes a new hire, and said that from now on she would mark the lab form "special" for the sample taken from the library. I reviewed coliform sampling protocol, such as how to choose a good sampling site and prevent contamination. Mary will check with her lab as to the best way to ship the samples chilled to them.
