| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL Total Coliform DETAILS: Spoke to Frank regarding total coliform-positive samples and MCL violaton. He was concerned that he had incorrectly taken the samples. Both wells were absent. The water system is working to resolve the issue. Provided Tier 2 public notification templates to distribute to residents. Spoke to Frank on September 15th. Resampling was conducted on the 12th at same locations without using outdoor standpipes. Samples were analyzed using both P/A and MTF methods. All samples were absent of coliform. He plans to mail residents public notice on 27th and will send copy to State. I advised updated coliform sampling plan. Five routine samples will be collected in October to confirm issue has been addressed. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed. | ||
