| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to coliform alert DETAILS: In a follow up to the 4/8/11 contact about the possible leak around the well, Mr. Avakian stated they dug up the area and discovered a return water line was broken. They are in the process of repairing this. We discussed the need to take 5 routine samples next month. Five routine samples were completed in May with absent results. Broken return pipe at the wellhead was repaired and confirmed during a site visit 6/16/11 ACTION NEEDED: Corrected | ||
