| Details: | SUMMARY: Failur to submit coliform sample DETAILS: Violation was incurred as a result of failing to submit a second quarter coliform sample. I spoke with Chuck about the missed sample. He said he is awaiting results of a sample that was just collected and the staff will be more diligent about collecting required samples including collecting/submitting coliform samples during the first week of each quarter. ACTION NEEDED: Third quarter sample results need to be submitted to the state. | ||
