| Details: | SUMMARY: Failed to submit coliform DETAILS: 6/17/11 I called Stephanie to discuss no coliform sample results have been submitted to the state this year and in fact, since the Ecoli positive sample on 1/29/10. As it turns out there were five temporary routines collected in January of 2011. Neilson Research confirmed this. I advised Stephanie to submit a 2nd quarter sample before the end of the month. 7/28/11 - A 2nd quarter sample was not submitted however a 3rd quarter sample was submitted on July 1, 2011 ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
