Details: SUMMARY: Not submitting monthly surface water report DETAILS: 8/9/11 - Violation was assessed for not submitting the monthly surface water report on time. I spoke with Bob regarding this violation. He will be issuing a tier 3 monitoring and reporting public notice and sending a copy to the state. ACTION NEEDED: A tier 3 public notice needs to be issued and a copy sent to the state.
