| Details: | SUMMARY: Change of Contact and Response to Violations DETAILS: Jim called to respond to DBP violation and also to info DWP that he is now the administrative contact for this water system. We discussed the DBP violation and the fact that sample results were due no later than Oct 10th. I strongly encouraged him to proceed with sampling asap. The previous address used as DBPMax01 collection site was 23215 NE Sunnycrest Rd. Also, in looking at lead/copper sampling schedule - they should be on one year schedule since previous one year schedule was not followed. I strongly encouraged him to collect the lead/copper samples this next week and sent him information on sampling and homeowners names of previous sampling performed by the system. ACTION NEEDED: Jim will call or email me once samples are collected and submitted to lab. | ||
