| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 7/25/11 DETAILS: I spoke with Jerry today regarding collecting repeat samples one from the same connection that tested positive (3393 Darrell), two within five connections upstream, there is no downstream connection, a fourth somewhere else in the distribution and a triggered source sample. I added that if 3393 Darrell tested positive and the samples within five connections from there test negative then the 7/25/11 sample could be invalidated and he wouldnt have to collect five temporary routines in August. If that were the case there would however, be another 3rd quarter routine sample due. 8/26/11 - The triggered and repeat samples collected 8/1/11 tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected in August. | ||
