| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic over MCL DETAILS: An arsenic sample collected 8/4/11 tested above the MCL. I called Neilson Research to fin out that Carol had information about this water system. Per stated website the system has been inactive since 1995 and according to Carol, a non profit group has contacted Scott Curry regarding plan review and reactivation the system. A volunteer from the non profit group collected samples per Scotts direction and the arsenic sample tested above the MCl. I emailed Scott with an update with what is going on including a note that the arsenic was above the MCL. ACTION NEEDED: Plan review is required for this system before it can be activated. I instructed Carol to continue to work with Scott Curry. | ||
