| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey follow up DETAILS: Nan contacted my office via telephone and formal letter to inform us they will be hiring the engineering firm Anderson Perry to correct two of their three significant deficiencies-- Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Operations and Maintenance Manual. They are in the process of completing the coliform sampling plan. ACTION NEEDED: When Anderson Perry is hired, provide a process schedule. Once completed please provide proof of completion documentation and allow LEH to review documents for verification and approval. | ||
