| Details: | On October 22nd, I emailed Spencer regarding the total coliform positive samples collected on October 20th and 21st. He confirmed the only source in use at the time of the coliform positive routine was the North Reservoir Well 15 (SRC-FA). A source sample had mistakenly been submitted as a routine and we clarified how to report this data. On October 23rd, I received a copy of the level 1 coliform investigation triggered by the two coliform positive samples in the distribution system. The issue related to a bad pump that has since been replaced. Extensive flushing of the area where coliform was present was also performed. No further action at this time. | ||
