| Details: | SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: The system owns and operates a surface water system that provides water to 1,900 people through 840 connections. Water from the North Santiam River is treated by a slow sand filter water treatment plant prior to disinfection with gaseous chlorine. HBH was contacted by the district to provide assistance with a contact tracer study to determine the amount of contact time in the treatment plant clearwell before the first user. HBH coordinated with James MacPherson, PE, DWP regarding the results of the tracer study and the effective baffle factor. ACTION NEEDED: None needed at this time. | ||
