| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to Lead and Copper Excursion (LCR) DETAILS: One LCR last month means the system went below their minimum pH level last month. If the system receives nine excursions in a six month period then they get a violation and their lead and copper schedule may be increased back to two six month rounds.
