| Details: | The system had collected it routine monthly coliform sample on 10/6/20 and it tested present for total coliform bacteria. Three repeat samples and 1 triggered sourced sample were collected on 10/8/20. The three repeat (distribution) samples were positive for total coliform. The source sample was absent for bacteria. A level 1 investigation was triggered and form was submitted back to OHA on 10/22. A new service line and farming activities/windy weather may have been factors in the positive sample results. The operator was going to flush the system and resample in November. *a water system survey was also done on 10/8/20 and there was no clear indicator noted at the time of the survey of what was contributing to the bacteria detections.* |
