Details: SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: The 4 repeat samples were negative for coliform. No violation. Wellhead results: discussed results with Pete, 503-550-2263. The SRC AB triggered source sample taken July 12, 2011 was negative for bacteria. The triggered source sample from well #2 was positive for total coliform bacteria. No fecal coliform bacteria were found. Because the repeat samples from the distribution system were negative for coliform bacteria, he does not have to do public notice. ACTION NEEDED: He will take 5 routine samples this month.
