| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: Talked to Lee. He chlorinated the well and distribution system on August 14. August 16 took 4 special samples that were marked repeat and should have been marked special. He will chlorinate well and distribution system again using more chlorine. ACTION NEEDED: Will go out there Monday August 22 and take samples with Lee. He would like to verify the results. | ||
