| Details: | SUMMARY: Provided information and discussed hearing request DETAILS: I called John Staver to ensure that he received information regarding arsenic treatment that I attemted to fax on 9-21. He provided me with an email address and I sent the information electronically instead. Also I clarified the options relating to his request for a hearing, and we agreed that the matter can be resolved through a settlement. ACTION NEEDED: I will draft a settlement to assigncompletion of the necessary compliance actions. Otherwise, we will monitor progress towards compliance with the arsenic MCL. | ||
