| Details: | SUMMARY: 4 log disinfection update DETAILS: Spoke with Hondo Long regarding the minimum chlorine residual requirement. Month of August showed that the chlorine levels dipped below the 0.6 mg/L and a daily reading was not recorded. Hondo was unaware that a daily reading was to be documented as the form says Lowest chlorine residual. I cleared up the misunderstanding. The September disinfections report will have a daily reading recorded. Matt with Culligans is stopping by on Wednesday 9/6/11 to replace the chlorination pump on the disinfections unit. ACTION NEEDED: Keep daily record of chlorine residual. | ||
