| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed Lead & Copper (L&C) sampling DETAILS: Jan called because she received a reminder notice to sample for L&C. I sent in a change form back in 2009. I also did a survey earlier this year and both have the system on a 3 year schedule…state still has them on a 6 month. I sent the Portland office another email asking them to make the change.
